First Brat Sale of the Season - Monday, April 13 Brats available 11 am - 7 pm. Enjoy The Paoli Street Pickers and brats - music from 1-3:30 and 4:30-7:00

New Class: Line Dancing Thursdays at 3:30; first class on April 2

Thursday Game Night 6:00 Every Thursday is game night : Euchre? Sheepshead? Cribbage? Board Games? Bring a friend and stop in and play. On the first Thursday of the month it is Game Night and Pizza at 5:30 See Chronicle for more details.

Mexican Train Dominoes Play every Wednesday at 1 pm. Beginners welcome.

Three New Programs Trivia every Monday at 11:00; Core Strengthening every Thursday at 2:00; Newscurrents every Friday at 11. Check the Chronicle for details

Help Wanted We need a volunteer to set up for bingo sessions and a substitute bingo caller. We also continue to need volunteers to help at the reception desk. Current openings are Wednesday morning 8:30-10:00 ; Thursdays 8:30-10:00. We will train. Other volunteer opportunities also available. Check with Jennifer 845-7471.

Morning Coffee Hour Come for coffee and treats at 9:00 am every weekday morning at the Senior Center.

Club 108 We are excited to announce the opening of Club 108 at the Verona Senior Center. Club 108 is a program for individuals with early memory loss. The program meets on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. There is no cost for the Club, but lunch is included during the program for $5. We currently have openings for this program. If you are interested in enrolling or have questions, please contact our case manager, Becky Losby, at 845-7471.

We Need More Driver Escorts RSVP and the Senior Center provide transportation to medical appointments. If you are interested in becoming a driver escort, call Jennifer.

Monthly Support Groups The Verona Senior Center offers a support group for persons living with or caring for family members with Parkinson's Disease ; Caregiver Support Group for persons caring for a family member or friend; and a Healthy Living Discussion Group . Volunteer Opportunities The VAAA and the Senior Center depend heavily on volunteers. The VAAA needs help in organizing and managing events. The Senior Center needs volunteers to help with all of its programs. Volunteering is fun and rewarding, as well as being essential to the Center. Check with a staff member or a VAAA Board member for volunteer opportunities
