Chronicle Renewal If you want to continue to receive the Chronicle in the mail, return the renewal form and a check for $15 to the Center.

The World's Greatest Geological Wonders On Mondays starting January 8 we will be showing the Great Courses series.

Volunteer Drivers Are Needed Deliver Meals on Wheels Lunches or help by driving seniors to medical appointments. Contact Alasa at 845-7471 for details.

Club 108 Club 108 at the Verona Senior Center. Club 108 is a program for individuals with early memory loss. The program meets on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. There is no cost for the Club, but lunch is included during the program for $5. If you are interested in enrolling or have questions, please contact our case manager, Becky Losby, at 845-7471.

Monthly Support Groups The Verona Senior Center offers a support group for persons living with or caring for family members with Parkinson's Disease; Caregiver Support Group; and a Healthy Living Discussion Group. No registration required and drop in’s are welcomed. Contact Becky Losby (845-7471 for details. Check the Chronicle or the complete monthly calendar on the website for dates and times.


Holiday Tree Lighting and Chili Supper The Senior Center hosts this annual community event. Chili served from 4:30-7:00; Tree lighting and Santa arrival at 5:00; Pictures with Santa and kids' activities starting at 5:30.

December Birthday-Anniversary Celebration Friday, December 15. The "Old Time Fiddlers" will be back to entertain us. Lunch at 11:45; music at 12:30. Guests with an December birthday or anniversary eat free. Just call and tell us you are coming.

Holiday Party with the Kat Trio December 23 12:30-3:30. Holiday treats. "White Elephant" gift exchange. If you haven't heard the Kat trio, you are in for a treat!

New Years Party and Dance Celebrate the arrival of 2018 -- 4-7 pm on Friday, December 29. Appetizers. Dance to music provided by Madtown DJ. Lots of fun! Transportation available

Volunteer Opportunities The Senior Center depends heavily on volunteers to help with all of its programs. Volunteering is fun and rewarding, as well as being essential to the Center. Check with a staff member for volunteer opportunities
