What’s New

Robin Williams Film Series We will be showing Robin Williams films each Friday in September at 2 pm- "Good Morning Vietnam," "Dead Poets Society," "Mrs. Doubtfire," and "Good Will Hunting"

Morning Coffee Hour Come for coffee and treats at 9:00 am every weekday morning at the Senior Center.

Thursday Game Night 6:30 Euchre? Sheepshead? Cribbage? Board Games? Bring a friend and stop in and play. See Chronicle for more details.

Walking Group Every Thursday morning at 10 am Becly will lead walkers at the Baptist Church

Monthly Support Groups
The Verona Senior Center offers a support group for persons living with or caring for family members with Parkinson's Disease ; Caregiver Support Group for persons caring for a family member or friend; and a Diabetes Discussion Group . No registration required and drop in’s are welcomed. Contact Becky Losby (845-7471 for details. Check the Chronicle or the complete monthly calendar on the website for dates and times.

Country Gospel Pot Luck October 8 And Classic Country with the Paoli Street Pickers every Monday afternoon

Volunteer Opportunities The VAAA and the Senior Center depend heavily on volunteers. The VAAA needs help in organizing and managing events. The Senior Center needs volunteers to help with all of its programs. Volunteering is fun and rewarding, as well as being essential to the Center. Check with a staff member or a VAAA Board member for volunteer opportunities
